The Operation office with it’s associated facilities are located at Mansoura in Doha- QATAR. Facilities at Mansoura comprises of the following :

Quality Assurance & Control

Internal processes for quality assurance and control are issued by ONE TOUCH TRADING & SERVICES W.L.L for all orders; nevertheless, it is sometimes necessary to develop a quality control manual expressly for a certain project. Order Execution

Because time is of the importance in all transactions, ONETOUCH TRADING & SERVICES has created strategic methods for order preparation and execution over the previous 13 years. To avoid delays in order execution, the following procedures are followed at ONE TOUCH TRADING & SERVICES W.L.L.

  • An Order Register is used to keep track of all orders.
  • Each order bears the Company’s Ref.No. after it has been entered into the Order Register.
  • On the basis of the order booked at the conclusion of each day, counter orders are sent to the manufacturer.
  • The Company’s Ref.No., Item Description, Quantities, Agreed Rates, Delivery Schedule, and Delivery Location are included on every order submitted with the manufacturer.
  • Following the placement of an order, expediting personnel communicate with the manufacturer to ensure that the items are delivered on time.
  • When the materials are ready to be delivered, delivery notes and invoices with the Company’s reference number are created and sent with the items.
  • Management may properly assess performance by holding weekly and monthly meetings with Marketing, Sales, and the Execution Team.
